Only get Krystal once a year if that, whenever we get to travel south. Last few times service and food has been kind of subpar. This time was probably one if not my best experience with service and food. The cashiers were super friendly and helpful. Since my wife didn't grow up with Krystal, she had a thousand questions and rambled through what she wanted. The cashier was super patient and ended telling her the best way to order what she wanted, to get the best bang for the buck. Everything was cooked fresh and quick. Nothing was to soggy, they actually got my daughter's special order right.. no mustard, onions, just plain Jane. That has been an issue in the past at other locations. Kudos to this location for making our trip to Orlando just a little better with great customer service and good food!

Food was good but they don't follow instructions. I asked for no onions my food was loaded with them. Male employee came from outside didn't wash his hands didn't have on gloves continued to make food ... Just gross

I got the breakfast sandwich on toast and the breakfast sandwich biscuit and they both were dry and horrible. The inside of the store was clean and the employees working there were very nice.

The lady taking the order in the drive through was very rude. Asked her if they were crispy chicken sandwiches and she said that they were orginal and wouldn't eleberate. She was even meaner when we actually got up to the window to pay. Didn't even want to ask her for ketchup cus I thought she was going to yell at me again. But, the food was alright.

While Krystal’s isn’t flawless, when they’re on their A-game, they deliver. Definitely worth stopping by for a quick bite, especially when you’re lucky enough to catch them at their freshest.
